Guided imagery programs designed by Ellen Chernoff Simon, creator of Food for Thought®, are currently in use nationwide by insurance and healthcare providers, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, to help patients manage pain, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, heal after surgery, quit smoking and lose weight.
The guided imagery weight loss program was designed to help you discover ways to overcome sugar cravings, help manage portion control, deal with emotional eating and help manage stress that can lead to becoming overweight and, once there, keep you overweight.
The CD program offers suggestions that guide you to eat smaller portions and to reduce cravings for sweets, sugar, and overeating. It will teach you how to resolve conflicts within you that unconsciously maintain unwanted habits. |
